BLACK NUNS – Halloween Songs Vol 1
For fans of Halloween-themed music, the BLACK NUNS recently released their first album, which is dedicated to the spooky season. 13 songs about vampires, wolf-people, beasts, haunted pianos and frightful mothers-in-law!!
The BLACK NUNS are a duo from Manchester/Wales in the UK who have been working on writing and recording music over the last 2 years. The project was originally inspired by the band The MONKS and their 1966 album ‘Black Monk Time’, but are also influenced by 60’s surf, psych and rock ‘n’ roll. “It seemed fitting that for our first release we should do something to mark the Halloween season as it fits in so well with our aesthetic.”
