Dr. Snik – The Soundtrack
Dr. Snik’s 2nd album, The Soundtrack is a collection of short instrumental tracks that are inspired by horror and suspense films from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
Songs featured are influenced by John Carpenter, Walter/Wendy Carlos, Lalo Schifrin and the Dust Brothers to name a few. The songs are scale/loop based, in various time signatures and create various moods of uneasiness and dread. This album is an original concept album designed for film, tv, haunts or any other spooky needs you may have…
3 bonus instrumental tracks from the Halloween Chills: Chill Out album are included.
Enjoy and stay creepy…. Dr. Snik.

One of the Cult’s favorite things that Rhode Montijo has created is his Halloween Flag design, and those who follow him had the opportunity to order it as an actual flag (it was previously a sticker and t-shirt design only) just before San Diego ComicCon.
Apparently it was a big enough hit that he’s doing a new order of them via pre-order – it’s 3′ tall x 5′ wide, and 100% spooky! Get yours now at https://rhodemontijo.myshopify.com/products/pre-order-for-large-united-halloween-flag!

In 2005 I was commissioned to create a 30 minute spooky sound effects recording for a client. I subsequently lost track of the file and forgot all about it until a few days ago, when I found it in an old archive while looking for something else. The client in question, as near as I can tell, is long since out of business, so I’m releasing the track for all to enjoy, titled “Haunted Halloween Horrors” – I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it! You can find the track for download at https://soundcloud.com/savagesinister/haunted-halloween-horrors, and check out my 8 other Sinister Sonics releases (as well as a treasure trove of classic Halloween sound effects records from the mid 20th century) at http://www.sinistersonics.com !
