One of the things we look forward to each October these days is the latest Halloween at High Noon release from High Noon Records, and this year’s is out! The 31 Club continues H@HN’s tradition of hard-to-pigeonhole tracks: They’re ambient, down-beat, sometimes tongue-in-cheek, sometimes downright menacing and always mood appropriate.
